FAQ's
Is there a dress code?
There is a dress code in the Premier Enclosure and all hospitality areas. Customers in these areas are respectfully asked to refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts or training shoes.
Do I have to book tickets in advance?
Advance booking is recommended for our festival fixtures but tickets can be purchased on the day of the fixture. Restaurant and Hospitality packages do require advance booking.
Do children need tickets/have to pay?
Accompanied under 18's are admitted FREE of charge to both the Grandstand and Premier Enclosures. For restaurant prices please call us on 01636 814481.
What time to gates open on a raceday?
Gates open two hours prior to the first race. Please check the fixture of your choice for the latest times and information.
Are picnics allowed?
Picnics are allowed in designated areas within the Grandstand Enclosure only - please check the fixture of your choice for more information. Please note that no alcohol may be brought onto the racecourse.
Are dogs permitted on the racecourse?
Assistance dogs only are allowed on the racecourse.
Do I have to pay for parking?
No, we have FREE parking for over 1000 vehicles.
