Civil Ceremonies

Civil Ceremony Charges are inclusive of:-

• Use of the Winning Post Suite for your Civil Ceremony
• Use of Parade Ring, Winners Enclosure, Winning Post and Gardens for your photographs
• Use of Registrars Interview Room
• Theatre style arrangement of chairs
• Dressed Registrars Service Table
• 2 large Podiums of Fresh Flowers
• Audio Equipment for music on arrival, exit and during the signing of the Register

The cost of a Civil Ceremony is £500 (inclusive of VAT)

Please note this price is based on 50 guests. We are happy to cater for additional guests, please speak to our Wedding Coordinator Elaine Nevin on 0870 220 2332 or alternatively elaine.nevin@southwell-racecourse.co.uk

Our doors are open 1 hour prior to the commencement of your ceremony and we suggest that your guests arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony. Once you have booked your date at Southwell Racecourse you will need to immediately contact Newark Registry Office on 01636 705455 to book your Registrar. Costs for the Registrar and your Marriage Certificate are not included in our civil ceremony charges.
