Our largest and most popular suite, this multi-purpose area has a large capacity of 250 and can be used for conferences, weddings and parties. With so much space to take advantage of, views across the course and parade ring and a private balcony, the possibilities are truly endless.

Seasons Suite

This large open space located on the first floor is ideal for wedding celebrations and parties. With views across the premier enclosure lawn and the racecourse, this suite offers a blank canvas to build your event, no matter your theme or requirements. With a top capacity of 120, there is also extendable space available.

Betting Hall

A large open space with recessed fitted bars and food kiosks, good access via numerous glass panelled doors (inc. automatic), the main room is adjoined by a secondary (9m x 13m) space with can be hired for an extra cost. A hard floor space with good lighting and toilets, the room includes a row of pillars through the middle.

With 140 acres of space and the infrastructure and support to add stages, sound, gated entrances and power, this venue is ideal for a vast array of large-scale events. Whether you’re holding a food festival, car show or even adrenaline-packed day of zorbing or hoverboarding, we have the blank canvas on which to create it.

Integral to the racecourse is the 18-hole Southwell Golf Club with its picturesque views and first nine holes located inside the centre course. The warm and friendly Club opens up a wealth of opportunities to add to your away day, conference or party.

The racecourse is located onto the A617 near Mansfield and accessed from junction 21A of the M1 towards Newark. The best postcode for Sat-Nav users attempting to reach Racecourse Road is NG25 0QB. By rail, the nearest station is Rolleston on the Nottingham to Lincoln line which is adjacent to the course.
