Southwell Racecourse family fun days are not to be missed. You can get FREE entry for children under the age of 18 and there is loads of free entertainment to enjoy.
The entertainment will vary between events, but as well as the horse racing, families can also go on funfair rides, have their faces painted, visit the petting zoo and ex-racehorses and more.
Each paying adult can bring up to three children along with them for free, so the more the merrier! Simply buy your adult tickets in advance, bring the children on the day and they’ll be given children’s passes on arrival.
We have plenty of food and drink available to buy on site but you’re also welcome to bring your own picnics to keep your little ones happy and the day in budget. Bring picnic blankets with you as well as we have limited seating in the main areas and you could also bring a camping style chair too for extra comfort.
