Get into the Christmas spirit at Southwell on Sunday 13th December with a festive afternoon of live jump racing. Pull on your favourite Christmas jumper, gather friends or family and watch the horses and jockeys tackle the hurdles and fences. It’s a chance to enjoy horse racing in December with a seasonal twist.
Follow the runners as they take on each obstacle and battle their way towards the finish. From the parade ring to the final strides, there’s plenty to keep your eyes on throughout the afternoon. Show off your festive style in your favourite Christmas jumper and enjoy a day at the races with a little extra seasonal cheer.
Bring out your boldest festive knitwear and take part in the Christmas jumper competition. Whether you opt for classic Christmas patterns or something a little more unusual, it’s your chance to show off your seasonal style. There are fantastic prizes to be won, so start planning your look ahead of race day.
Take a break from the Christmas preparations and spend the afternoon enjoying live sport in a welcoming setting. Wrap up warm, meet up with friends or family and enjoy the sights and sounds of jump racing as the festive season gathers pace.
