Start the week with an afternoon of jump racing at Southwell. Monday 8th March brings live action to the course, with horses and jockeys taking on the fences as you watch from close to the track. It is a chance to enjoy horse racing in March and swap the usual Monday routine for an afternoon at the races.
Watch the horses head down to the start before following every jump towards the finishing line. The sound of hooves and the effort of horse and jockey give jump racing its character, with plenty to keep your eyes on throughout the afternoon.
March brings lighter evenings and the first signs of spring, making it a good time to get outside and enjoy live sport. Settle in trackside, meet friends or family and take a break between races with something to eat or drink.
Book your tickets in advance or buy them at the gate on the day. If you are planning to spend a little longer at the course, explore the hospitality options available through Seat Unique and make your Monday afternoon all about the racing.
Children 17 and under go free* to the races when accompanied by an adult (*exclusions may apply). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
