Thursday 18th February brings an evening of floodlit flat racing to Southwell Racecourse. As the daylight fades, the floodlights bring the track into focus and the evening gets underway. For anyone looking for horse racing in February, it is a chance to enjoy live racing and spend a Thursday night close to the action.
Watch the horses leave the parade ring before finding your view of the all-weather track. Follow the runners as they build through each race and head for home, with the floodlights giving you a clear view of the action from trackside.
Swap the usual midweek routine for an evening at Southwell. Bring friends, family or colleagues, enjoy something to eat or drink and settle in for a night where the racing provides the focus. The welcoming feel of the course makes it easy to relax between races and keep up with the action.

Children 17 and under go free* to the races when accompanied by an adult (*exclusions may apply). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
