Tuesday 6th April brings floodlit flat racing to Southwell as spring gets underway. With lighter evenings returning, you can watch the action continue after dark as horses and jockeys compete for position and push for the finish. Enjoy horse racing in April with a midweek evening at the races.
The changing season gives this fixture its own feel. Watch the horses in the parade ring before they head out onto the track, then follow the race as the field finds its pace under the floodlights. Listen for the sound of hooves as the runners turn for home and battle towards the line.
Tuesday racing offers a chance to step outside the usual routine and enjoy an evening at Southwell.
