We know the British weather can be unpredictable – but we believe a few raindrops shouldn’t dampen your day out. That’s why we’re excited to re-introduce our Wet Weather Guarantee!
If it rains from when gates open to the end of the last race on Easter Sunday Family Fun Raceday on Sunday 5th April, you could be invited back on us either Saturday 11th April or Saturday 25th April.
Here’s How It Works:
- A person must have made a booking for one or more tickets by 11:59pm the evening before the Race Day.
- You must attend the event.
- The guarantee applies to paid general admission tickets only - it does not apply to hospitality or restaurant bookings, complimentary tickets, or tickets purchased later than 11:59pm the day before the specific raceday.
How to Claim:
If the wet Weather Guarantee is triggered, you’ll receive an email from the ARC marketing team with a link to claim your return tickets. You’ll be able to choose from two fixed alternative dates.
You’ll have two weeks from the date the email is sent to claim your tickets. While booking, you’ll also have the chance to add optional upgrades to enhance your next visit.
Please allow up to 5 working days after the event for your email to arrive.
