Tuesday’s seven-race Jumps fixture, will now be staged earlier in the day, due to the forecast of extremely high temperatures.
With temperatures set to peak later in the afternoon, racing will begin at 10.00, three hours earlier than the originally scheduled 1.00 start. The final race will now take place at 1.05 instead of 4.25. The safety of our guests, owners, trainers, jockeys, horses and staff is of paramount importance to us, therefore, these measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of everyone at Tuesday's fixture.
We encourage everyone attending Tuesday’s fixture to take all necessary precautions to stay safe by staying hydrated, avoiding caffeine and excessive alcohol, wearing sunscreen and loose, light-coloured clothing, taking regular breaks from the sun and any other necessary measures.
