Travel
Early arrival is important, as a queue of up to 20 mins can form at peak times on Racecourse Road. We will have a one-way system in place, please follow the yellow signs for direction (do not follow sat nav). Entry is via Racecourse Road, Southwell only. All vehicles exit via Occupation Lane into Southwell.
We are pleased to announce, working with East Midlands Railway, there will be an improved service, to and from Rolleston Train Station (50m from Southwell Racecourse) on 17th August. Rolleston is on the Nottingham to Lincoln line, please check the East Midlands Railway website for train times.
We do not have a taxi rank on-site, please pre-book all taxi’s to drop off/collect from Car Park.

Entertainment
Head over to the stage after the last race as DJ Marvin Hums brings the ultimate post race party! Entertainment is due to begin after the last race for 75 minutes once all horses have cleared.
The Style Awards - How To Enter:
Simply get your photo taken at the flower wall located on the right side of the Parade Ring by 2:35pm to enter.
5 finalists will be contacted to meet at the Winners Enclosure after the 4th Race, where the 2026 Style Awards winner will be announced!

At1 Aesthetics is offering friendly, expert advice, talking all things skin, sculpting and ageing well, sharing an exclusive event offer, and giving you the chance to win a 4-cup fat-freezing treatment worth £479. Come and say hello — they’d love to meet you.
They will be situated next to the Style Award registration area and will be giving away 100 ‘ladies survival kits’ to the first 100 visitors to the stand on the day.
The Cosmetics Company Store will be next to our second flower wall dedicated to those Instagram-able photo opportunities. They will be prepared with fragrance top-ups from Tom Ford, Jo Malone, Estée Lauder and Clinique, along with lip top-ups from MAC, Clinique, Estée Lauder, Tom Ford and Too Faced, plus setting spray, all designed to help guests feel their best throughout the day.
Grace & Dotty will have two stands showcasing a range of occasionwear and everyday essentials, including flip flops and plenty more.
Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance will be joining us to raise vital funds. Make sure you stop by their stand, say hello and show your support!
We’re delighted to announce that Emmerdale star Liam Fox, aka Dan Spencer, will be joining us on Ladies Day, meeting and mingling with racegoers throughout the day.
Liam will also be helping us raise vital funds for our charity partner, Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, so make sure you come along, say hello and show your support.
Dress Code
With Ladies Day being one of the most glamorous days of the year, racegoers often dress to impress, with prizes up for grabs in our Style Awards!. Our only strict dress code rule is that sporting team shirts and offensive fancy dress are not permitted at Southwell Racecourse. Other than that, put your best foot forward, wear what makes you feel good and have a great time with us!
